As I’ve said before; we all have to start from somewhere.

This is something I have to continue to remind my children – especially my youngest when engaging in an activity they haven’t done much before, but care about doing it well.

We all like to pick something up and excel at it immediately. This can’t always be the case. And that’s okay. Often times, when we look back we have fond memories of when we just began learning how to play the drums or our first rounds of golf.

We were trying to soak up as much new information as possible and implement all of it into what we are doing. It has a bit of nostalgia to it. In addition, we’re improving exponentially and that can keep us engaged.

Sometimes the growth can be slow as well. We just need to have patience and know we’re heading in the right direction. It may just take a bit of time.

I hope you like the color green! It suits you well.
