It’s beneficial for us to recognize when it’s the right time to put in the work in order to accomplish the goals and hit the deadlines we’ve set for ourselves, no doubt.
We must also understand when it’s time to rest and rejuvenate ourselves in order to make the long haul. Physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually, we all can get run down and lose the giddy in our step when there is an aspect of our lives that’s “offline” or out of balance due to neglect or “life.”
If we’re able to have a better understanding of what our body needs in the moment, we can be more efficient and effective in the task we’re taking on.
Otherwise, we may be paying the toll later on down the line in a more inopportune time as well as being down for much longer.
